As we embark on the North West leg of a major project for one of the UK's leading e-commerce businesses, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take the lead as No.1 on site. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver a multi-million-pound remodel of a key distribution centre, playing a crucial role in the delivery for our Client..

Key Responsibilities:

Take full site responsibility for the day-to-day running and successful delivery of the project

Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and logistics to ensure smooth operations

Monitor health & safety, quality, and programme targets

Liaise with the client, consultants, and wider project stakeholders

Report regularly on progress, issues, and site conditions

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Proven experience operating as No.1 Site Manager on large-scale industrial or logistics projects

Strong background in refurbishment/remodelling within live or complex environments

SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS (Black or White card)

Excellent leadership and communication skills
